  • Minimum 10+ yrs. Dental clinical experience
  • Highly desirable dental assisting proficiency
  • Previous dental reception/admin experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Parramatta / Illawarra Clinical Hub
  • Daily use of Praktika dental software
  • Front-office / customer service duties
  • Reporting of team success on weekly basis
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, including adherence to SOP, health regulations and industry standards
  • Stock control, with regular ordering while maintaining exceptional service quality
  • Supervise clinical staffing needs, and scheduling, to optimise team performance
  • Patient Relations: patient overall needs, enquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
