Used Vehicle Sales Manager – Selling Role

Ready to lead from the front? Join one of Melbourne's most dynamic and high-performing Toyota dealerships as our next Used Vehicle Sales Manager.

We're on the hunt for a driven and hands-on Selling Manager to take charge of our Used Vehicle Department at South Morang Toyota. You'll work alongside a passionate team, drive results in SALES, FINANCE & AFTERMARKET Products and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our used car department.

 
About the Role:

This is not just a management role – it's a selling position where you'll lead by example. You'll be actively involved in customer interactions & closing deals as well as managing the used vehicle inventory

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hit or exceed the used vehicle sales targets
  • Our sales Team sells new & used, so must work closely with the entire team
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and follow-up
  • Manage stock to ensure vehicles are online & prices, photos & comments are updated effeicently & effectively
  • Monitor and drive enquiry management, lead conversion, and sales processes
 
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record in automotive sales, with management or 2IC experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • High energy, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance management responsibilities with front-line sales activity
  • Professional, customer-focused, and results-driven
