As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for wholesale and online customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email. You'll assist with order enquiries, offer alternative product solutions, and liaise with sales representatives to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up. In addition to customer service, you'll manage a range of administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, returns, credits, and accounts payable. You'll bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You're compassionate, agile under pressure, and enjoy helping others. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to your success in this role.What you'll need to succeed
