We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee our corporate functions and support the company's continued national and international growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the organisation's key support functions including administration, finance, HR, and compliance. The role requires a proactive leader with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of balancing day-to-day operations with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration, finance, human resources, and compliance functions across the group.
  • Develop and implement corporate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective governance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with company objectives.
  • Lead HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and WHS compliance.
  • Manage supplier contracts, vendor relationships, and corporate risk frameworks.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the CEO and executive team.
  • Coordinate reporting and audits for government and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a senior corporate or management role (five years preferred).
  • Proven leadership and organisational management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian business compliance and HR frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in business systems such as Xero, CRM, HRIS, and
