**Overview**
Review and support the workflow management tool, ensuring correct allocation of tasks and quality standards are maintained.
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Provide superior service to Rest Corporate Employers and Members meeting service and quality standards
- Provide technical expertise for queries related to Rest Corporate employer and members
- Regularly assist in the preparation of business reporting for team and management
- Support business leads and team with employer onboarding for Rest Corporate and transitions projects
- Participate in user testing activities (AASPIRE, web and other administrative support systems) as required
- Time at work is managed efficiently and utilisation of team resources is optimised.
- Evidence of shared ideas presented and followed through with internal and external clients and contacts.
- Be responsible for your own self-development and pro-actively progress your own training
People Leadership
- Provide coaching and guidance to new and existing members of the team and identify any training needs
- Communicate effectively with members, employers and internal/external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
- Actively participate as a member of the team providing support to other areas of the business as required
- Comply with all company policies, values, and procedures
- Participate as a positive member of the team by cooperating with others to achieve the team's goals
Governance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial and fund specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business
- Quality review of work to minimise rework of tasks and maintain high quality standards
- Supporting the team leader by reviewing and updating process and procedures
- Identify opportunities and suggest ways to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience, increase efficiency and quality standards
- Identify and investigate all system issues and liaise with Link IT for resolution.
- Diligently follow up any outstanding issues with IT to ensure that issued
- Assist with escalated queries, complaints, risks, and issues promptly and consulting your team leader where needed
- Investigation of the Corporate Data Integrity Reports.
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Good understanding of Superannuation legislation, insurance and general industry knowledge
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- High levels of data entry and processing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem solving and decision making: Ability to identify and analyse issued/problems, develop solutions, and use judgement to make sound and dependable decisions
- Ability to conduct investigation and analyse business reporting and documentation
- Customer focused and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
- Prioritisation and time management skills to meet tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to use own initiative
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to make a positive impact and to influence others to deliver service to the business
- Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
- Sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding relevant policies and legislation
- Knowledge of Quality Framework and Encore
- Good work ethic and drive for productivity
- Background experience in working with initiatives and process improvements
