Corporate Security Officer – Join Fortitude Protective Services

Location: Sydney CBD & Surrounds

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Roster: Rotating 3/4 Roster (3 Days On / 4 Days Off – Alternating Weekly)

Are you a polished, professional, and proactive security officer seeking a role in the corporate sector? Fortitude Protective Services is seeking highly motivated Corporate Security Officers to represent our brand at prestigious sites across Sydney.

About the Role:

As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding high-profile buildings, staff, and visitors. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service focus will contribute to the secure and smooth operation of corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk concierge and access control duties
  • Monitoring of CCTV, alarms, and building systems
  • Conducting regular patrols of the premises
  • Incident response, reporting, and escalation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Liaising with building management, contractors, and emergency services

Requirements:

Current NSW Security Licence

Valid First Aid Certificate

Willingness to work a rotating 3/4 roster (mix of days/nights, including weekends)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of presentation and professionalism

Previous corporate security experience (highly regarded)
