The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts such as Woolworths and Coles. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.

Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities.

Profile

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
  • A strong background in sales and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing key accounts, including Coles and Woolworths.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
