The Project Officer provides appropriate expertise and advice to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of a range of project activities and outcomes for the Digital Transformation Branch in the implementation of a suite of digital ICT and ERP projects across the Parliament of NSW.

Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. About you:
The person we are looking for will work as part of the ERP project team to roll out multiple modules of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central Payroll, to the Parliament. You will work constructively and collaboratively with members of the project team during the testing, data migration and deployment phases of the project, as well as provide critical support for the BAU teams during the transition to SuccessFactors. You will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to coordinate, organise and deliver outcomes on a range of often conflicting project requirements. You will have the aptitude to handle confidential information appropriately and the capacity to provide impartial advice, as well as exercise sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
