About the role

We are currently seeking a Depot Administratorto join Select Plant Australiabased in Sunshine West, VIC. The primary purpose of this role is to supply complete administration support to ensure the efficient operation of the Select Workshop. This permanent position offers great career prospects with one of the largest specialist plant hire businesses in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Workshop Manager and liaising with LOR Project Teams to ensure that expectations are met, ensuring early and effective engagement.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure information provided to clients is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Maintain office filing and support systems.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Processing weekly timesheets for wages staff
• Processing Goods Received Notes / Delivery Dockets.
• Monitoring rejected invoices, incorrect accruals and costs.
• Process Work Orders and Job cards for Plant maintenance weekly.

About you

• Basic experience in a similar role
• High school certificate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and COINS would be desirable.
• The ability to plan and coordinate in order to meet and exceed client requirements.
• A diplomatic yet tenacious approach to generate and maintain sustainable working relationships.
