About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Property Officer to join our team at Raine & Horne Orange. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service & a key role in the successful day-to-day operations of our Real Estate Agency

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in real estate property management, or a customer service focused role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with Landlords, Tenants and tradespeople
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing high quality customer service
  • A positive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Current real estate licence or certification required at commencement

What you'll be doing

  • Share responsibilities with the team, handling all aspects of residential rental properties, including conducting property entry & exit condition reports
  • Arranging & co-ordinating repairs & maintenance works & managing ongoing tenancy matters
  • Preparing and executing terminations in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Conducting regular property inspections & providing detailed reports to Landlords.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both Landlords & Tenants
  • Supporting the broader property management team as required
