About the role

Spinelli Real Estate Wollongong is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Shellharbour NSW 2529. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and maximising returns for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
  • Conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed condition reports
  • Proactively identifying and addressing any property or tenant issues in a timely manner
  • Implementing effective marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to landlords
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and applicable legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Proven track record in effectively managing a diverse portfolio of properties
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using property management software and digital tools
  • A relevant real estate qualification or license (preferred)
