Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Property Manager to join our Neutral Bay team. This is a diverse role combining on the road inspections with in office tenant support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, people interaction, and learning the ropes of property management in a supportive environment.

You'll work closely with a Senior Property Manager who will act as your full time mentor, guiding you through the day to day operations of residential property management. This is your chance to build confidence, develop your skills and move towards managing your own portfolio within 12 months.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections to ensure properties are presented and maintained to a high standard
  • Assisting with repairs, maintenance coordination and tenant communication
  • Providing updates and handling enquiries, ensuring an exceptional experience for both tenants and landlords
  • Supporting the Investment Management team with administration and compliance tasks
  • Maintaining property records using Property Tree and Inspection Manager

What you'll bring:

  • Ideally 1 year of industry or property management experience
  • A strong team-player mentality with a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Motivation and resilience when facing challenges
  • Proficiency in property management software — Property Tree and Inspection Manager preferred
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW)
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
