As our
Digital Manager
, you'll play a key role in growing our online presence and driving e-commerce success across Allkinds' digital channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital leader who thrives on strategy, optimisation, and results. You'll manage our e-commerce budget, lead digital performance marketing, and ensure the customer journey is seamless across every online touchpoint.

About The Role

• Develop and deliver Allkinds' e-commerce and digital marketing strategy to drive online sales.
• Manage performance marketing across SEO, SEM, CRM, email, and paid social.
• Oversee e-commerce operations and online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, fulfilment, and performance.
• Partner with internal and external teams to improve website functionality, UX, and conversion.
• Provide weekly trade reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimise results.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating an ecommerce business and digital marketing channels.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Digital, Business, or related field.
• Must hold a valid Working With Children Check
• Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and retail technology.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, collaborate, and develop teams.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all digital channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Resilient, adaptable, and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of digital customer journeys.
