About the Role -12 Month Parental Leave Contract

We're looking for a Digital Manager to lead our digital growth across paid, owned, and earned channels. This is a pivotal role focused on increasing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic, and maximising online revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive digital strategy across Google Ads, SEO, social media, affiliates, and remarketing.
  • Collaborate on campaign planning and oversee execution with the Marketing and eComm team.
  • Lead digital campaigns for both online and physical retail stores.

  • Manage SEO initiatives and external agency relationships.

  • Manage and optimise all marketing channel data feeds within PIM and Merchant Centre / Commerce Manager platforms.

  • Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and online merchandising strategies.

  • Analyse performance data, report on ROI/KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage digital budgets and mentor a team of channel specialists.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing within a retail environment.
  • Proven success in managing SEO/SEM, email, social, and display campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content APIs.
  • Passionate about consumer behaviour, brand engagement, and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
