One of Australia’s most prominent Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Organisational Change Manager **to join their team. Our client is looking to engage an **Organisational Change Manager** who can work closely with other specialists to manage the business and APS change activities to ensure the effective delivery of the business capability. The successful **Organisational Change Manager **will secure a **6 month contract **with **an immediate start **and a rewarding pay rate.

The successful **Organisational Change Manager **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Develop and deliver a change management strategy
- Delivery of a communication management strategy and plan for the project
- Provide weekly reports to the nominated managers/executives
- Report to and attend project meetings or use advisory groups

The successful **Organisational Change Manager **will have experience in the following:

- Producing high quality documents, expert communication and ability to develop and deploy strategies
- Experience in Project delivery
- Working in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Organisational change management delivery and planning
