ABOUT THE ROLE
This role joins our dynamic, energetic, and highly successful team, with sole responsibility for a clearly identified territory in Western Australia.
The primary responsibility of this position is to drive business with our existing clients and continue to grow and increase our market share from new business for JJ's Waste & Recycling .
Travel will be required throughout the designated area.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively pursuing new business in a structured, focused and considered manner
- Developing, nurturing and maintaining existing customers through systematic cycle visits
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Be the confident and helpful face of our business
- Demonstrating a keen passion to sell and drive the business forward
ABOUT YOU
- Well-presented and have face to face selling B2B experience
- Driven and ambitious by nature, you love the thrill of winning business and nurturing customers
- Outgoing; you enjoy meeting people and have a strong focus on customer service
- Results orientated | Attention to detail
- Motivated and love to work autonomously and you enjoy being part of a larger team.
- Prior FMCG Industry experience or sales within the transport industry highly regarded
- Have a strong attention to detail, you are thorough and methodical in your approach
- Own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's License
