Clear Grain Exchange is a leading Agtech business seeking dynamic individuals to join our growing team.

The role would suit a current student, recent graduate or someone early in their career looking for a steep learning curve in a dynamic Agribusiness.

You will be a great communicator with an eye for detail that enjoys working in a team environment servicing customers across the Australian grain supply chain.

About the business

Clear Grain Exchange (CGX) is an independent online exchange enabling buyers, sellers and their agents to bid or offer grain in an open and transparent market with secure settlement.

CGX now own and operate igrain, expanding our offering to cover ex farm and delivered markets.

Our aim is to improve farm gate returns by creating a more efficient market where all supply chain participants benefit.

We are a small team passionate about what we do and hold ourselves to high levels of professionalism. We believe in autonomy and accountability to tasks, continual improvement, and being part of an engaged team environment.

About the role

The primary focus is to support the business development team to identify and engage potential customers and service existing customers of CGX.

This will include understanding and clearly communicating the benefits of using CGX, showing empathy, listening to customers, and exhibiting effective persuasive skills.

The role is full time, however applicants seeking part time or flexible working arrangements are encouraged to apply.

Desirables

  • Previous experience in agriculture, more specifically in the Australian grain supply chain (from paddock to plate) is highly favourable
  • Administration experience will be an advantage
