System Administrator

Full-time | 48 weeks per year | Wynn Vale & Adelaide Hills Campuses

King's Baptist Grammar School is seeking a skilled and passionate System Administrator to join our ICT team. This full-time position supports both the Wynn Vale and Adelaide Hills campuses, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our ICT infrastructure in a Christ-centred learning environment.

The Role

The System Administrator plays an important role in maintaining robust systems and delivering high-quality ICT services. The role assists with the implementation of infrastructure projects while ensuring continuity of service across both campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and secure network and server infrastructure
  • Manage identity, access, and device systems
  • Support end-user services and ICT operations
  • Assist with ICT projects and strategic initiatives
  • Document systems and ensure compliance

Essential Criteria

A personal commitment to the King's Vision, Mission and values underpinning the delivery of a Christian based education to students is essential to this position. The role also requires:

  • Strong experience in ICT systems and support
  • Leadership capability and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and networking
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or currently undertaking relevant studies
  • Experience in educational environments and systems (SEQTA, Synergetic, Jamf, MDM)
  • Familiarity with ICT service delivery frameworks and asset lifecycle management
  • Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to digital transformation

Employment conditions are contained within the King's Baptist Grammar School current Enterprise Agreement.
