As we expand into Western Australia, we're seeking a high-level Business Development Manager to establish and grow our WA presence. This is a unique opportunity to drive market entry, open doors with key mining operators, and build lasting customer partnerships in one of Australia's most important mining regions.


What You'll Do
  • Lead business development and sales growth for conveyor belt cleaners, polyurethane wear parts, and dust suppression products across WA
  • Leverage your local mining industry knowledge and networks to build strong customer relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new contracts, tenders, and opportunities in the mining and bulk material handling sector
  • Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and customer engagement to ensure product performance and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer challenges
  • Develop and execute a market entry and growth strategy for WA, balancing immediate wins with long-term establishment
  • Act as the face of One Industries in WA, representing our values and innovative approach

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within mining, bulk material handling, or heavy engineering industries
  • Strong on-site knowledge of WA mining operations and customer requirements
  • Familiarity with conveyor maintenance, polyurethane wear solutions, or dust suppression systems
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proactive, self-driven, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a new market environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple opportunities and projects
