The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Earthmoving Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing all earthmoving operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Internal teams and subcontractors .

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule earthmoving operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Maximise utilisation of in-house machinery and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily correspondence with the Operations Manager.
  • Arrange spoil removal, rock deliveries, and compliance with VIC load restraint guidelines.
  • Oversee asset maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Marvel's Employee & Health and Safety handbooks.
  • Liaise with inspectors, site managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance on both public and private property (including before/after documentation).

About You

  • Previous experience in coordination/scheduling within earthmoving, civil construction, or related industries.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and analyse plans and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety standards.
  • Proficient with operations systems and documentation.
