We're looking for a driven Customer Sales Executive to help manage and grow our B2B customer base in the industrial sector from the comfort of our office.

As a Customer Sales Executive, your focus is simple; connect with customers, identify opportunities, and drive results. This is a phone and email-based role managing a set portfolio of accounts, with full responsibility for developing quotes, growing revenue, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your day will include:
- Calling and emailing assigned accounts to uncover and develop sales opportunities
- Re-engaging inactive accounts and driving growth in undercapitalised categories
- Executing outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups) to create new opportunities
- Updating CRM records, managing your pipeline, and following up quotes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide technical and logistical support to customers
- Learning and promoting new technologies and solutions to market
- Tracking progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means consistently achieving your sales targets, growing revenue across your assigned account base, and creating a steady stream of new opportunities. You'll re-engage inactive customers, uncover new prospects, and build strong, ongoing relationships that result in repeat business. Your ability to provide exceptional service and act as a trusted advisor will set you apart, while your proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to the Madison Values will contribute to the broader success of the team. Completing manufacturer training programs and becoming a knowledgeable product advocate will further cement your impact.
About You
You're a results-driven internal sales professional with a friendly phone manner and a knack for building relationships. You're confident in your ability to understand and promote technical products, and you're passionate about delivering customer value.

- Experience in B2B sales
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and pipeline management skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a hunger to grow
