What You'll Do:

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and proactive outreach.

  • Build relationships with event organisers, associations, and brands across multiple industries.
  • Present Lüp's ticketing and registration solutions, showing how we can add value and simplify their events.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM and consistently hit (or smash) your targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (tech, SaaS, or events industry is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to engage people over phone, email, and in person.
  • A proactive, driven mindset – you're excited by the chase and motivated by hitting goals.
  • CRM experience and the ability to manage a structured sales process.
  • A genuine interest in events, technology, and creating amazing client experiences.
