We're seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst to support our Technology Team in designing, implementing, and optimising solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and our Zavanti property and tenancy management system (built on Dynamics 365). The Role

As an Associate Technical Business Analyst, you'll assist with digital transformation initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, change request processes, and the configuration and testing of technology solutions. This entry-level role offers hands on experience in business analysis, system testing, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support business case development and ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Maintain documentation such as user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Help prepare meeting materials, track project actions, and maintain registers.
• Participate in process mapping and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in configuring and testing technology solutions including Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Zavanti.
• Provide second-level technical support and contribute to training materials.
• Support system documentation, data migration, and integration tasks.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute ideas for improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Up to 2 years' experience in a similar role, or relevant internship/placement.
• Exposure to business process modelling and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data migration, and system integration.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for community impact.
• Satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check.
