Technical Business Analyst – Initial 3-Month Contract

A leading Australian retail organisation is seeking a
Technical Business Analyst
to join on an initial three-month, with the potential for extension. This role will support a select portfolio of infrastructure projects, working closely with two Infrastructure Project Managers to deliver critical outcomes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced BA with a strong grounding in IT infrastructure, capable of facilitating workshops, owning key project artefacts, and translating complex technical requirements into clear deliverables. This is a hands-on role that will require excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience across the standard BA toolkit, including workshop facilitation, documentation, and ownership of artefacts such as RACI, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure projects –

  • Previous experience with
    fileshare and data migrations

  • Previous experience with
    Windows OS builds or OS upgrades
  • Exposure to IT security concepts
  • Familiarity with EUC/modern workplace environments
  • Experience with certificate lifecycle management
