Alantin Services has an exciting opportunity exists for passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Workshop Technicianto join our team. This position is full time located in Keilor East.

We have been providing excellent service to all of Victoria for over 45 years, specialising in Smeg Appliances being our No.1 brand we service throughout Victoria

You will be provided with tools of trade , this role involves repairing domestic appliances in Workshop. Experience in coffee machines is required.

  • Prides themselves on providing the highest level of customer service

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out quality repairs in our workshop
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
  • Accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements of the role include:

  • Great attitude with a friendly, professional and positive attitude
  • Relevant experience and minimum of a disconnect/reconnect licence would be an advantage
  • Current and valid full Australian driver's licence
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding through effective problem solving skills
  • Experience in Coffee machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills

  • Be a team player with the ability to ask for, and provide, direction when needed
  • Have a household/commercial appliance or white goods background ( would be an advantage, but not necessary )
  • Salary is based on experience within the industry - training is provided.
  • Be able to drive to varying locations within Melbourne Metro area when required.
