About Us

Appliance Services Australia has been servicing, repairing, and replacing appliances for over 35 years. We support major commercial clients in a range of settings including schools, universities, train stations, commercial offices and more. Our customer base is Victoria-wide, mainly metro Melbourne and some occasional regional travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer sites to service and repair boiling/chilled water units
  • Installation and commissioning of new appliances
  • Completing services jobs and uploading information, parts used, images to management software
  • Learn and support other categories: dishwashers, hand dryers, and other white good appliances
  • Conduct warranty work for leading brands
  • Provide preventative maintenance and compliance services

This role offers cross-training in dishwashers, hand dryers, refrigerators and other kitchen appliances in commercial settings.

You will need to hold:

  • Current Driver's License
  • Current "D" electrical license
  • Current WWC
  • Clear police check
  • Plumbing, electrical or mechanical experience preferred

About You

  • Previous experience with boiling or chilled water systems highly regarded
  • Background in plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical trades an advantage
  • Keen to develop skills across other appliances
  • Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused
  • Be able to work autonomously, but can collaborate and work with others when required
