Workshop Foreman

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Foreman to lead day-to-day operations in our Renault & LDV service department. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance workshop productivity with coaching and developing technicians.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supporting technicians on the workshop floor
• Ensuring quality of work, compliance, and efficiency in repairs and servicing
• Allocating jobs and managing workflow to meet daily targets
• Working closely with the Service Manager to improve processes and customer outcomes
• Coaching apprentices and building the skills of your team

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership qualities. Ideally you will have:

• Experience as a qualified technician (Renault/LDV experience highly regarded but not essential)
• A proven track record in a senior technician, leading hand, or foreman role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A focus on teamwork, mentoring, and getting the best out of people
