TarraWarra Estate, a family-owned winery located in the picturesque Yarra Valley, is seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as a casualfront-of-house staff memberin our 'one hat' restaurant.

About Us: TarraWarra Estate Restaurant is known for its beautiful setting, exceptional wines, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing our guests with an unforgettable experience, with wine, fine food and service being at the heart of what we do.

The Role: As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all our guests. You will be assisting with serving food and wine, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring that the venue runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a must

· Previous front-of-house experience is essential

· Wine knowledge and a passion for wine is required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· A desire to provide excellent customer service
