The Scott Pickett Group, a highly regarded name in Melbourne's hospitality scene led by renowned chef Scott Pickett, is seeking casual & full- time staff for our venue, Como Lane, located at Como House in South Yarra. Our celebrated restaurants include Estelle, Chancery Lane, Smith St Bistrot, Matilda and Longrain.

We are currently accepting applications for the following roles:

  • Waiters
  • Baristas

As a successful candidate you will:

  • Have previous hospitality experience and good references
  • Be looking to make their next career step within the industry
  • Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Be able to make a significant contribution to the success of the brand
  • Always maintain exceptional presentation and grooming
  • Have a great eye for detail and design
  • Understand what it is to go 'the extra mile' for the customer
