Hiring Front of House Staff

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a warm welcome.
  • Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front entrance and dining area.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong team player mentality.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
