Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to lead strategic transformation in a dynamic cyber security environment? This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and drive meaningful change across both project and BAU streams.

Your new role
As Senior Change Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of change strategies that support the organisation's cyber security goals. You'll translate complex technical concepts into engaging communications, guide stakeholder engagement, and embed secure behaviours through targeted training and education. Working closely with delivery teams, you'll integrate change activities into project plans, assess impacts, and coach leaders to champion adoption. You'll also monitor effectiveness and adapt strategies to ensure lasting outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you'll bring over five years' experience in change management, ideally within IT, cyber security, or compliance-driven environments. You'll have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Experience working in large, matrixed organisations will be highly regarded.
