Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies that drive successful project outcomes
  • Lead the development of change management practices, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change maturity
  • Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our business objectives
  • Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams
  • Own and optimize change management processes
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale environments
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms
