Senior Cyber Security Programme Lead

This is a 12-month day rate contract with flexible working arrangements in the North East. We're seeking an experienced senior professional to lead change and communications for a large-scale programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Design and implement communications, engagement, and training initiatives to enhance cyber awareness and support digital transformation.
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Collaborate with project and business teams to embed change management into programme delivery.
  • Coach and guide leaders to effectively support their teams through change.
  • Monitor and refine programme and communications effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in change management, including communications and engagement.
  • Background in IT, cyber security, or compliance/regulatory projects (desired).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive and resilient approach to driving programme success.
