We're looking for an Advice Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team
This is a dynamic and semi-autonomous role where you'll take ownership of invoicing processes, support client reporting, and help drive internal and external projects forward. You'll work closely with finance and project teams, and play a key role in ensuring our service delivery remains timely, accurate, and client-focused.
In this role, you'll:
- Deliver accurate and timely client and internal reporting, including financial forecasts and validations
- Manage invoicing processes and support fee-for-service plans across client and member accounts
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth payment workflows
- Support client onboarding and internal change projects, including workflow design via Xplan
- Attend client meetings and assist with tenders, contracts, and renewals
- Coordinate across teams to ensure service level agreements are met and risks are proactively managed
What we'd love to see:
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to work
- Experience in stakeholder and project management, or a willingness to learn
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with Xplan or similar workflow management tools
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working across multiple teams
