Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting Chief Operating Officer with tasks
  • Assisting Financial Planners with Daily Duties
  • Completing admin tasks for clients
  • Managing Client Relationships
  • Preparing compliance-related documents for clients
  • Updating clients' information
  • Providing technical support to clients
  • Provide research support to the investment committee including portfolio reporting and attribution

Personal attributes, Education and Experience

  • Good telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • A high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and organizational skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Minimum of Diploma in Commerce or Business related course
  • At least 1 year continuous experience in a customer service role
  • English and Cantonese Preferred
