Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Glen Iris, VIC, with the capacity to grow to a full-time position. The Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Other responsibilities include processing client documentation, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team with various administrative duties. The role requires top-notch organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with administrative tasks and office management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Experience with Xero and FYI Docs is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm or similar environment is a plus
