ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on high-value luxury residential housing projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept design through to construction and handover. This is a senior leadership role where you will not only manage client relationships but also mentor junior project managers and play a key part in driving the consultancy's growth and success.

DUTIES

  • Lead and deliver multiple projects across the full lifecycle
  • Provide strategic input during early design and approvals stages
  • Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships
  • Oversee and coordinate external consultants and contractors
  • Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members
  • Ensure project outcomes, budgets, and timelines are achieved
  • Contribute to business development and work-winning activity

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years' local consultancy experience
  • Proven track record delivering luxury residential housing projects
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management capability
  • Comprehensive end-to-end project management expertise
  • Commercially astute with strong contract administration knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to drive outcomes and maintain high standards under pressure
