About Our Client

A name that is synonymous with luxury residential developments in prestige areas of Sydney, our client is leading high-end residential development company that is setting the standard with their projects. Led by a highly regarded Managing Director, he has brought together a team of development professionals to work on multiple projects in Sydney.

The Opportunity

Due to a new company strategy to internalise their project management function, a position has been created for a Senior Project Manager to join the team. This is an incredibly important position within the business which will see you responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of luxury residential apartment projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Planning & Execution of Residential Apartment Projects
  • Procurement Strategy including Contractor/Builder Selection
  • Monitor Construction Progress, Quality, WHS Compliance
  • Own Project Budget, Cost Plans, & Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Oversee Project Completion, OC, & Practical Completion Milestones

Who We're Looking For

We are keen to meet Senior Project Manager's or Project Manager's wanting to take the next step in their construction career that have class two (residential apartments) experience. Sorry, due to our client's request, project experience outside of residential apartments won't be considered for this role. Other key requirements include:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction, Property, or Equivalent
  • Experience in Delivering Residential Apartment Projects
  • Ability to Manage Budgets, Procurement, & Contracts
  • Proven Track Record in Tendering & Appointing Builders
  • Advanced Understanding of Construction, & Development
