Seeking a Senior Project Manager for an iconic Australian brand.

This role exists to lead the day-to-day stakeholder engagement, business transformation and technical change management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within the Domain. Responsible for the planning, management, leadership, stakeholders and financial control of all projects within the area and team.

The role will oversee Engineering Infrastructure initiatives including the move from VMWare to  Redhat OpenShift and ESXi Upgrade. Previous experience with OpenShift will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverables
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirements
  • Scheduling, Risk Management and Budgeting experience
  • Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation
  • Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals
  • Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues
  • Prepare and deliver project management deliverables to the appropriate steering committees
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across delivery teams.
  • Provide clear, consistent status updates/reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Utilise Jira to manage project backlogs, sprints, epics, and tasks, ensuring visibility and control over delivery timelines.
  • Role Specific Requirements
  • 6 + years Senior Project Management experience
  • Worked on or supported large scale, programs of work -experience with OpenShift and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to Agile delivery experience and ITIL Certification is advantageous

Will commence as a day rate contract role through until 30June 2026, with a high likelihood of extension. Paying circa $925 + super ($1035 via ABN) per day.

The role will require 3 days per week in Norwest office.
