Project Administrator – Long-Term Onshore and Offshore Projects

Inlex is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Administrator to support a major long-term onshore and offshore projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination capabilities and hands-on experience using SAP or equivalent project/asset management systems.

About the Role

As the Project Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the effective delivery of a long-term maintenance and operations projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate data and workflows in SAP, IFS or similar systems
  • Supporting procurement, timesheets, mobilisation, and cost control
  • Assisting with project reporting, compliance, and record management
  • Working closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Providing general administrative support to Project Managers and project leadership
About You

We're looking for someone who can bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in project administration, ideally within resources, oil & gas, or offshore projects
  • Strong competency with SAP, IFS, Pronto, Oracle, or equivalent tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Confident communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • High level of professionalism and reliability
