Role Description

We're seeking a
CRM Coordinator
to support the delivery of data-driven CRM, marketing automation, and digital initiatives that enhance engagement across our B2C and B2B audiences.

This is a
full-time

, on-site role for a CRM Coordinator, based in Chatswood, NSW.

The CRM Coordinator will:

  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with accuracy, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the Spam Act 2003 and privacy legislation.
  • Build and optimise automated workflows and customer journeys to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Produce timely reports and actionable insights to support campaign optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Category, Retail, and Operation teams to deliver aligned CRM initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation projects by adopting new tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and the customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys, Klaviyo).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Knowledge of email compliance, including the Spam Act 2003.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  • Prior experience in retail, convenience, or FMCG is highly desirable.
