The Role:

As a Marketing Specialist at VICTORY LEASE PTY LTD, your major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify and understand key target audiences within the real estate sector, such as first-time buyers, investors, and renters.
  • Monitor and interpret market trends and competitor campaigns to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign relevance.
  • Contribute to the planning and refinement of marketing and advertising strategies to promote properties and related services.
  • Take responsibility for coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics, reporting insights directly to the Director.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and the Director to produce engaging marketing content including property listings, digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing content is tailored effectively to resonate with diverse real estate audiences.
  • Independently set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like and Domain, optimizing for reach and performance.
  • Regularly monitor ad performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of lead generation strategies through digital advertising, with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with marketing data, assisting in compiling reports that reflect campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Organize and promote property-related events, coordinating promotional materials and ensuring clear, timely communication to target audiences.
  • Track advertising expenses and ensure campaigns remain within planned budgets, providing updates to the Director as needed.
  • Help ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media platforms, maintaining alignment with company tone and industry standards.
  • Review audience engagement data from digital platforms to inform ongoing content strategy and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Ensure all advertising content complies with real estate industry guidelines and reflects the company's professional standards.

Skilled and experience requirements:

· Bachelor qualification with a minimum of one years of practical on-the-job training,

· Digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM)

· Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

· Content creation and copywriting

· Email marketing and CRM management

· Analytics and campaign performance tracking

· Paid advertising management , Domain)

· Brand consistency and messaging

· Knowledge of real estate advertising standards and compliance

· Familiarity with property listing platforms

· Experience promoting open homes and auctions

· Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

· Visual presentation understanding (photography, video coordination)

· CMS or website update experience (basic)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and deadline management

· Ability to multitask and work independently

· Customer service mindset

· Problem-solving and adaptability

Reporting channel:

· Report to the Director
