Join The Landscape Association (TLA), a small, passionate team supporting the growth and success of the landscape industry across NSW and the ACT.

We're looking for a Membership Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term contract from mid-December 2025 through May 2026 (with the potential to extend to support our flagship events, including the TLA Landscape Expo in August You'll get a full handover before Christmas, a well-deserved break over the holidays, and be ready to dive in mid-January


About the Role

In this dynamic, varied role, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of TLA — supporting our members, helping the Association grow, and assisting with the delivery of engaging member events.

Your days will be spent:

  • Building relationships with members and helping them get the most from their membership.
  • Managing membership processes – applications, renewals, and enquiries.
  • Following up leads and welcoming new members to our growing community.
  • Supporting events – from registration through to on-the-day coordination.
  • Keeping things organised – ensuring our CRM and communications stay up to date.
  • Sharing feedback and ideas to make TLA's member experience even better

About You

You're proactive, organised and thrive on helping people. You'll bring a friendly, professional approach and a knack for juggling multiple priorities with a smile.

You'll shine if you have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role (bonus if in a membership or not-for-profit organisation).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and ideally a CRM system.
  • A helpful, energetic attitude and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
  • Some event coordination experience – even better
