Job Profile

The Digital Experience Analyst contributes to the delivery of a safe, accessible and engaging online experience to enable customers to play with confidence across Lotterywest's Play Online digital platforms. The Digital Experience Analyst plays a key role in and is responsible for analysing player data and trends to inform and guide continuous improvement activities across both web and online channels. The role has the following key areas of focus:

About you, you have:

• Experience in a digital experience analysis role in a mid-tier organisation or complex and changing environment.
• Ability to analyse digital data and user behaviours to generate insights that inform and improve the online customer experience.
• Knowledge and experience using digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Clarity), A/B testing platforms, and data visualisation tools to analyse and produce robust tracking and measurement processes.
• Ability to map and analyse digital customer journeys using CX frameworks to identify opportunities for data-informed experience improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to share insights, gather input, and influence positive change.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for a range of audiences.
• Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to formulate possible solutions and recommendations to address complex business problems and issues.
