Our client is a leading e-commerce marketing agency based on the Gold Coast, and their team partner with some of Australia's most recognised and global consumer brands. They are now looking to hire a Paid Search Specialist.

Scope of the role

As the Paid Search Specialist you will develop and implement effective paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions across a range of key clients. To further expand on this your role will be involve:

  • Conducting in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify the most relevant and profitable keywords
  • Creating, implementing, and continuously optimising paid search campaigns, including ad copy, bidding, and targeting
  • Analysing campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, best practices, and platform changes
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance and ROI

Successful Applicants

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in paid search (PPC) marketing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Proficient in using paid search management tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest paid search trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
