We are searching for a **SUPERSTAR **to join our Front Office Team

As a Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will:

- Be part of a team that's key focus is to deliver the exceptional guest experience that Netanya Noosa is known for. This covers the entire guest journey from the first point of contact prior to booking, through to the arrival, in-house and departure processes.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained throughout the department to assist with the smooth day to day operations of the hotel.
- Be able to effectively communicate with all hotel departments.
- Always use a friendly, professional and positive manner when dealing with guests.
- Be available over 7 days a week, from 7am - 9pm. Rostered shifts include evening and weekend work.

**CASUAL RATES FROM $31.00/HOUR**
- Experience not essential
- Paid training
- Uniform provided including shoes

**Salary**: $31.00 - $41.30 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
