We're hiring a PPC Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery across paid media tools. You might be highly experienced and ready to lead, or mid-weight and ready to grow.

Paid Ads
- Build and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Use Google Ads Editor and Meta Business tools to manage structure, budgets, exclusions, tracking
- Maintain consistent naming conventions, audience builds, and campaign reporting
CRM & Automation Tasks (Relative to Experience)
- Build/assist with workflows and lead routing in GoHighLevel (or similar)
- Tagging, tracking, calendar integrations, internal alerts, and follow-up flows
- Managing the campaign-level delivery for our new client-facing CRM platform — supporting onboarding and refining flows over time.
Client Delivery
- Communicate clearly on structure, performance, and next steps
- Collaborate with internal delivery, design, and dev support
- Document and maintain logic, frameworks, and system builds
You won't just be building campaigns — You'll help shape the way we structure campaigns, flows, and delivery systems so we can scale smartly. From account structure and funnel logic to automation and performance tracking, you'll take the lead across our paid media systems.
Who You AreIf you've run campaigns, built automations, and want to keep learning — we'd love to hear from you.
- 3+ years in PPC (Google, Meta)
- Ideally CRM and lead flow management experience
- Confident with Google Ads Editor (including automations), Meta tools, and multi-account delivery
- Experienced in GoHighLevel or a comparable automation/CRM platform
- Logical, structured, and comfortable running campaigns end to end
- Strong communicator who simplifies complexity
- Bonus: Looker Studio, GA4, Zapier, multi-brand or franchise experience
If you're already confident running campaigns and building automations, you'll have full trust and autonomy. If you're stepping up, you'll be supported directly by the founder and team to sharpen your skills and grow into the role. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) where you'll collaborate with a team that values creativity, strategy, and results. You'll have ownership over your work, backed by in-house designers, developers, and delivery support who bring campaigns to life.
You MUST have full working rights in Australia and be available to work from our Burleigh Heads office full-time.
