What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the charge on paid acquisition through Meta, Google, and other channels.
  • Build and optimise campaigns that drive revenue, growth, and customer loyalty.
  • Expand into affiliate platforms, competitions, and partnerships that reach new audiences.
  • Manage budgets like it's your own business — every dollar working hard for ROI.
  • Create ad assets to deliver scroll-stopping, conversion-driving ad campaigns.
  • Test, learn, optimise — then test again — to scale what works.
  • Report on performance and insights that keep the wider team energised and informed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in paid media, especially Meta and Google Ads.
  • Track record of growing revenue and acquisition through paid campaigns.
  • Bonus points for experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills — you thrive on data and insights.
  • A growth mindset — always testing, refining, and chasing what's next.
  • Experience in fashion is a plus.
  • Must have experience growing and sclaing eCommerce brands.
