About the Role

The Administration Officer (Curriculum) provides essential administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of academic and curriculum programs across the College. This role provides essential administrative support to Curriculum Leaders and Learning Area teams, ensuring compliance with QCAA requirements and departmental standards.

This is a Full Time Term Time position, commencing one week prior to the start of Term One 2025, on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Active supervision and support for senior students on flexible timetables including recording of attendance.
  • Provide administrative support for the preparation and planning for Curriculum led excursions and incursions including liaising with external organisations, preparation of forms and resources and administration of risk assessments to ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards.
  • Provide supervisory support during exam blocks, including study lesson and exam supervision.
  • Coordination of external exams including set up and associated paperwork.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Certificate-level qualification in Administration, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience deemed, by the College, sufficient for the successful performance of the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
