Padua College is an independent Catholic Boys' Day School from Years 5-12 conducted by the Order of Franciscan Friars minor with an enrolment of over 1500 boys.

About the Role

We are currently seeking receptionists to join our talent pool and work at the college on a casual basis. Shifts are available Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. Whether you're available one day a week or five, we'd love to hear from you

This role plays a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional 'front of house' services, across all reception areas of the College, to students, Parents/Caregivers/Guardians, Visitors and other members of the Community, enabling positive, and engaging interactions with the College that support student learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Provide 'Front of House' reception duties across all key College offices as required.
• Delivery management, including receipting deliveries, advising recipients of delivery arrival and appropriate storage of delivered items.
• Undertake daily student absenteeism as requested.
• Mail management, including opening, dating and distributing mail to staff as required.
• Assist students, staff, visitors and contractors with sign in/out procedures.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A Certificate IV in a relevant discipline (i.e. business, administration) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Strong digital literacy ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
